Bo Supply, NC

Having been a jock and active most of my life, It has always my desire to have a good quality of life during my senior years... Now at 72 I have been working out a Golds Gym and living a Seventh Day Adventist reccommended diet for the past decade and truly feel that the $22.00 per month that it cost me is the best insurance that I could possibly have... I'm rarely ever sick or feeling bad; it is rare that anybody comes within 10 years of guessing my age; and I am still working full time owning my own real estate business...

When ask by several friends what my goals were for my working out three times a week, I thought about it and simply replyed that I wanted to look as good without clothes as I did with them...

They all agreed. that it was a worthy goal... So far, so good...

OLD MAN!

Okay, Don Cameron of Minnesota, you are 60 years old and you are very disgusting. There are families coming onto this webstite. You don't need to be sharing your sex life with everyone that comes onto this website. Don't forget your old, you might risk your health resulting in a heart attack from having sex so much and so many orgasms. How can old people even get orgasms?!

Thank You,

Michelle.

Sex and motorcycles

My wife and I are early sixties and have sex at least 300 orgasms per year with a penile implant which was installed at Mayo Clinic, following surgical removal of my prostate 4 years ago. That is a lot of dopamine. I also ride motorcycles between 20,000 and 30,000 miles per year. That also is a lot of dopamine. Having that much fun in life makes me want to live to 100+.

GET MOVING!

I've just started physical therapy. My therapist asked what I wanted to accomplish through therapy and my answer was, "I want to be able to run away from the men I don't want, and toward the men I do want!" We both had a good laugh, and I think (at 77) laughter and common sense can get you through and improve your life. We all have to stay "connected" not only with each other, but with what is going on around us. Relax, laugh, be happy.

Genes

I still think the genetic component is the big one. If you have a well-built building, maintenance is easy. If you start out with a shack, you can paint and nail away, but it is never going to be a strong or lasting structure. My family live typically into 80's and 90's: many of them even smoked! I do the best I can, but I can only hope that my genes will see me through. Stress is my biggest foe: that and the resultant insomnia. Moderation in all things!
