Does H1N1 protect children?

Personally, I will not be in line for the H1N1 vaccine. Nor will my teen daughter. I am leaving that decision up to her as it's her body and her choice. We have been to 3 different doctors and none agree with each other. all have their own take on the advantages of the vaccine nor the possible repercussions afterward. I find that confusing, disturbing and fraught with underlying questions. Therefore, put me on the DO NOT VACCINATE list. Online doctors have stated that there is no proof the vaccine is helpful toward warding off the flu virus or that there won't be complications further on down the line.

"No evidence"? No offense, but you should really google more before writing with such absolutism. I had the swine flu this weekend and im still not back to school let. To be honest to all of you, it wasn't that bad then again i have a strong immune system. It started with dizziness then cold shivers and hot shivers, temperature that would drop and rise (97 to 101 in five minutes and back and forth. I got camiful (i forget how to spell, sue me) right away and i felt better in 2 days

stop panicking and getting vaccines (not that their dangerous it because u dont need them) its perfectly treatable with camiful

P.S im 14 living in PA, active, and healthy weight

Try being a ferret rescue and getting H1N1-- I have had 43 ferrets on tamiflu for over a week.. not fun--
