Health Buzz: Older Fathers and Bipolar Disorder and Other Health News

Bipolar

There are Bipolars.

There are Spoiled Brats.

But it is definitely time for a "qualified" clinician to chronicle the differences for us.

*

I have "known" many people who have been diagnosed Bi-polar...every single one could also be diagnosed Spoiled Brat as well. Remember, children of older parents are generally more affluent too.

*

Do we have someone that will take up that challenge?

This is another example of political activism (i.e., feminism) dressed up as science.

There's been a flood of "research" linking older men to diseases in children.

First of all, where do all of those ideas come from?

There must be someone or some group that puts conclusions before actual research.

This is NOT science.

What a load of garbage......

BBBBBBUUUUUUULLLLLLLLL SSSSSSSHHHHHHIIIIIIIIII........

What a crock, so this is how the govt. tries to scare us into having children at a younger age...You know the baby boomers are retiring, how on earth will we ever manage? I got news for you, get ready for a bipolar pandemic because these teenagers today have NO INTEREST in becoming parents let alone marriage. Thank you MTV for creating a "not my problem, I don't want responsibility but I should be paid a 6 figure income just because I graduated from college" generation. The future will be bright :) Thanks again! really. And that whole "no child left behind" thing, great idea. Seriously. Bipolar. yep.

My father was 60

Wow, I always wondered why I was slightly depressed, couldn't hold a conversation and always worried about what people were thinking about me... damn. Seriously, no joke... I'm screwed.

Older fathers causing bi polar disorder

OK- once again you can blame it on your parents. Everything one does or every disease one has is blamed on someone else. Got a

bad mortgage? It's the banks fault. Too high a balance on your credit card? It's the card companies fault. HEY! Take responsibility for your own failings. Like Nancy Reagan said,

"Just say NO." See the movie "Rocky Balboa." Sly tells it like it is.
