Online learning division uses blackboard software which enables instructors to monitor student’s participation in class as well as communication between students. Access is only provided to students enrolled in the course. Open-ended questions/critical thinking questions on exams that ask the students to relate topics to personal/work experiences. The instructor reviews each exam carefully. Requirements for academic honesty are enforced. Proctored exams are facilitated when needed.
