Instructors become familiar with students’ writing styles through online discussions. Many online instructors report that they have greater confidence in the authenticity of their online students' work than their classroom students. Students submit videos of their fieldwork as evidence that assignments have been successfully completed and as documentation. Faculty generally use a plagiarism screening tool (www.turnitin.com) and it has been fully integrated into the program’s Learning Management System.
