Technologically, we rely on the secure authentication when students access their courses. Additionally, some instructors utilize plagiarism detection tools on assignments as warranted. The most significant non-technological measure is that the OBUS courses involve heavy participation in discussions throughout the courses. This level of interaction allows the instructors to "get to know" the students and their communication styles/patterns so that future assignments and deliverables not created by the same student are much more obvious.
