The UofM is an urban institution located in Memphis. We have a very diverse student body with more than 35% of our graduate nursing students representing underrepresented groups. Our African American students make up about 30% of our graduate nursing class. Diversity extends to our practice/clinical sites including rural, urban, medically underserved areas to areas where residents are well educated and well resourced.
