Most examinations are administered with an on-site proctor present. Proctors are required to undergo a certification procedure to ensure authenticity. Secure measures are required by certified proctors. For exams administered online, faculty may use an examination randomizer for test questions and test answers. Faculty may develop and administer multiple versions of exams easily through the use of the LMS. Faculty may also make use of expansive test pools to further randomize test questions during online administration. A security feature in LMS allows for varying levels of security, disallowing printing, copying, pasting, screen shots, reverting to earlier questions, addition of time limits, and navigation restrictions.
