There is first and foremost, there is the ODU student "Oath" that student agrees to uphold and honor. This "Oath" states each student will abide by all ODU Policies about Student Honor and individual student work is truly their own. They agree to not cheat, or perform any act that considered as "academically dishonest". The second measure is the university policies and procedures that spell out specifics that each student is responsible for his/her academic work and performance. There are also technological measures taken to help in reducing academic dishonesty. |
