We prepare competent, compassionate teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages who understand the challenges as well as the opportunities of a career in teaching or curriculum design for English as a global language. Our program strongly emphasizes the political, cultural, and ethical implications of TESOL in the age of globalization, which is reflected in the international nature of our faculty and student body.
