Proctors must be certified and instructor approved. Supervisors, human resource/educational specialists, librarians, etc. are utilized as proctors. In some cases, exams are timed and may be online visible by web video. Faculty use TurnItIn to review for plagarism. The university has an academic honesty policy and Honor Code; these are included on course syllabi. Some faculty utilize browser lockdown. Also, ProctorCam is now available and will be tested. |
