Marist has a vigorous process for ensuring the integrity of Marist students' accounts, which are required when accessing online courses. This includes requiring that students at a distance who need passwords changed either fax in photo ID's on Skype with our Help Desk and show a photo ID. (Details at http://www.marist.edu/it/helpdesk/.) We also use Turnitin.com, which is integrated into Sakai, for plagiarism prevention. |
