A Proctoring system is used with specific stipulations for monitoring exams and submission within a specified time limit. Proctor must agree to receive exam via email, administer exam and ensure only allowed materials are used, collect the exam after the specified 2-hr time limit, scan/save the completed exam as a single/continuous pdf, email the exam to the instructor, and destroy any printed/saved version of the exam (including the exam completed by the student and all associated printed materials allowed by the instructor). Proctors must be either a librarian or a testing center and independent of the student (no prior or current relationship).
