Student access to online courses authentication throught the course management portal, students are required to use their school ID and designated password. To discourage the possibility of “ghost” students, a learner-centered course design is applied. Early, frequent and varied interactions between the student and the instructor are encouraged to help the instructor get to know their students on a more personal level. These types of interactions may include student introductions, weekly discussion postings, and written assignments. The tools for administering exams and other assessments are contained within the content management system which includes server side security measures. |
