Because class meets weekly via video, faculty are able to see their students as if they were in the same physical classroom. All tests are proctored and students in the virtual classroom are video-monitored. Faculty may also use Turnitin.com. All ONUR students are oriented to the GU Honor Code and Graduate Bulletin, both of which emphasize academic integrity. The ONUR student orientation includes a detailed video on academic integrity by an Assoc. Dean. of the Graduate School and a Sr. Research Scholar in the Center for Clinical Bioethics. These tools, which emphasize our commitment to academic integrity, values-based curriculum, and professional standards, provide an academic environment that fosters academic integrity.
