They can call or email and a knowledgeable representative will help you solve the technical issues. We have 24x7 support available to all students. On exams, we randomize given questions from a large question pool, and we randomize the answers, we limit that once the exam begins it must be completed within a given time limit, we require a login using a university id and password.
