Measures to instill academic integrity (as submitted by school)

APUS provides information about academic integrity and consequences for infractions in course catalogs available online. Additional information is available through the Library, the Center for Teaching & Learning, and is a major focus in our introductory COLL 100 course. Students are required to acknowledge the "Honor Pledge" within individual assignments in Sakai, our learning management system. Turnitin.com is available for use in all classes, and is widely used to review papers for possible plagiarism. The ETS Proficiency Profile and the ETS Major Field Test are required graduation exams. Individual proctors monitor the entire testing situation and require identification from the student, whether the test is online or paper and pencil.
