How to Have a Frugal Summer During College

Thanks for these great tips! I missed to look for a summer employment early last year so summer was coming and I didn't have a job. But situations like this make you creative. I signed up at barterquest.com and started to barter off my services as a babysitter, dog sitter and house sitter. It was one of the greatest summers of my life, not to mention what I got in exchange: new clothes (some designer pieces!), a laptop, books and so on. I'll do it again this summer, for sure.
