not having a hot breakfast is an ABSOLUTE OURTRAGE!

how can they be expected to go to class? are they supposed to break their overnight fast with a beer?

i think that as breakfast goes, so goes the nation.

Dumb article. Also, what the hell is the Undergraduate Council President talking about? Losing hot breakfasts means losing something you only find at Harvard?! My brother goes to a state university and they serve huge hot breakfasts all the time. Also, "Students generally feel that if you come to Harvard, for what you're paying, you should probably have the right to a hot breakfast". Again what?? People all over the country pay high tuition fees. Harvard isn't any higher than most leading private, institutions. But unlike many top schools, the majority of Harvard students are entitled to some need-based financial aid. So, actually, students on the average don't pay that much at Harvard. Boo, hoo!

The previous poster has a point. Honestly, WHO CARES! Harvard is still $26bn strong...compare to the University of California, how they have much more to worry about. With $26bn and can't afford hot breakfast or cookies?

Harvard....seriously? get real.

I'm not sure how this is news worthy at all...

$26 bn dollars later and you still can't afford to purchase cookies?

Honestly.... who care.s..
