This is absolutely annoying, the VA has no clue what we service members have gone through and when we have the chance to further our education they take there sweet time. I have been waiting since June for this post 9/11 gi bill paper work to be filed; it's now November and still no word. Plus they have lost my paperwork twice, and have asked me to re-submit.This needs to be further investigated and reveled to the American people what the VA is doing to their service members.

Why do I have to suffer for the VA's irresponsible decision to unadequately staff their offices? Maybe, it is time the VA personel work double shifts? They would not only be doing their jobs, but a service to their country as we did. We as Veterans have fullfilled our obligation to this "Post 9/11" bla bla and it is odd to find that when this story was run, on September 25, in the Washington Times, our good old Sec. Shinseki says friday, Oct.2nd you will get your money which happens to be my birthday! What happens when our government cannot get brave young souls to put their lives in harms way anymore? We do not realize it but America, is so very fragile, she could and has come crashing down around our feet.
