would it be feasable for tech to buy some larger older homes with lots of bedrooms for students? just a thought! I actually have a house that I am getting ready to sell with over 4000 sf. 5 br 2.5 bth with an extra 2200 sf. dwelling on property of 1.17 acres of land. There is a possibility of putting 17 townhouses on this extra lot with a zoning change. It is R-3 now and we do have a business license. The house is in excellent condition all remodeled w/ wash/dry units on both levels, 26x28 family rm paved drive w/plenty of off street parking, right in town of c/burg. Also possible B&B. frat house, offices, etc. Would love to work with you if interested.phone 540 382-0964
