I'm too embarrassed to put the "2008" in the headline because it has been more than a month since New Year's, but I've finally mustered the time and energy to put this thing together. I blame the stomach flu and Barack Obama for the delay, but enough excuses. On to the polls and voting fraud.

Remember, there's no tangible prize—just comforting assurance that things are right in the world. Polls close in two weeks on February 17 at midnight.

The Paper Trail

Nobody knows a college better than its student newspaper. And nobody knows campus newspapers better than this blog. We sift through thousands of student newspaper headlines every day to bring you the latest, most important, or just plain weirdest news from campuses across the country. Heard bigger news or a crazier story? Send tips to papertrail@usnews.com.
