The state should enforce something against the college for doing such a thing! During exams and projects, it is nearly impossible to get off campus sometimes when you are craving any type of junk food addiction. Considering the high cost of school already, they can cut back on the food costs.

If you're at college, you're supposed to know how to buy stuff cheap. Otherwise, you ain't smart enough to deserve to be there.

And Kroger is not the cheapest. Walmart's "Great Value" house brands and anything at Aldi food stores are the cheapest.
