Ok, it looks bad for CU. But wait, I think you missed something. In the same Denver Post article that you used as your source, there was some more information.

"According to the Des Moines Register, 22 Iowa football players have been charged with a combined 26 offenses since April 2007. Fellow Big Ten member Penn State in the past six years has had about 50 players face criminal charges, according to ESPN research."

So, you cherry-picked the facts of the article to fit your premise and dismissed facts that didn't fit. Your journalism professor must be proud.
