Vandals Strike UC Santa Cruz

December 19, 2008 RSS Feed Print

University of California Santa Cruz students are home on break, but vandals on campus had a wild night Wednesday, damaging up to 20 university cars, breaking windows of buildings and vehicles, spraying graffiti in residence halls, and laying down road spike strips, the Santa Cruz Sentinel reports. Officials have no suspects. Police said the graffiti expressed opposition to the prison system, law enforcement, and campus growth.
