Sure, $50 for music downloads. Then $50 for movie downloads. Then $50 for audiobook downloads. Time to raise the music download fee to $65. Now $65 for TV show downloads. Time to raise the movie download fee to $65. Now $65 for book downloads. Where will it end?

I don't think this is such a bad idea. Considering students at a lot of places are already spending more than $50,000 a year on tuition, room, and board, I don't see what's the big deal about an extra $25 added to each semester's bill.

If this ain't the dangdest thing I ever heard of. The courts should long ago have told the music industry to take a hike. The notion that colleges can be put on the hook for students' downloads is absurd.
As for all students at a University paying $50 a year for music? Extortion. Did anyone know students are hocked to their ears now?
