Underhanded approach to election seems to be a PATTERN OF DEMOCRATIC PARTY. ACORN'S FRAUD VOTER REGISTERING in many places is NOT SURPRISING. Here is the news of OBAMA'S HARDBALL TATIC, when he ran for Illinois senate.

Do you know that Obama won his first election by having his lawyers KNOCK ALL HIS OPPONENTS OFF THE BALLOT on technicalities.

Obama has MANY SERIOUS PROBLEMS that mainstream media continue to IGNORE.

I am not 100% committed to either party in this election. But I find it curious that most of the bitter and often mean responses seem to come from the democratic side. That along with the hollywood (smarter than thou)crowd is pushing me towards the republican side. I believe that I am not alone.

Morals? Not many care about morals on the internet. Its Palin's own fault for making it easy to access her private information, illegal crime or not.

Goodnight sweet prince.

No one is saying the kid shouldn't be punished. He broke the law and was indicted & will be put on trial, as he should.

The only question involving Palin is why she is conducting official State business over private email accounts?

And is a Palin supporter really trying to claim the moral high ground on what parents teach their kids?

Jimmy of TX 2:37PM October 09, 2008

Just shows how sorry morals and responsibilities are being taught to the young. Why should she have to worry about her email? Some of the comments here explain the thinking of the populace now. This news agency can do as CNN does. Shut me down and refuse to print conservative views or write it up as under moderation.Either way it is censorship.

To quote one of her aides as Gov. Palin told her, "such e-mail messages sent to a private address on a “personal device” like a BlackBerry “would be confidential and not subject to subpoena.”

Keeping what should be public record, i.e. official state business purposely hidden, hence "not subject to subpeona" is most definitely not transparent.

Her sole purpose was to circumvent public information law.

Lay off this kid, he got into someones email by answering personal questions, its a pseudo hack, let him off. Also, stop showing your ignorance by bringing Obama,Democrats, Repubs, etc into this little(and it is LITTLE) incident.

You're an IDIOT. "Lack of transparency?" What's NOT transparent about somebody using their own email for state business, you TWIT!! Hello? WAKE UP. NOW.

Why is it everytime there is a major scandal, its so often perpetrated by a Democrat, yet the press just plays it down and sweeps it under the rug.

This stupid irresponsible kid is of all things - the son of a TN Democrat, good parenting!!!

If this had been a hack of Obama's email, the New York (Obama ass kissing) Times would have a full front page cover on it every day until election day.

Of course, the Democratic response is always - well, we are trying to do good, so you shouldn't mind that we lie, cheat and steal to get our agenda put forth - we're trying to do good, no matter how bad we are...

Just like right now - Obama's dirty little friends over at ACORN are manipulating voter registerations to try and sway votes - since they can't let the people vote and decide, Democrats have all decided the voters are too stupid to make a choice, the the democrats will make the choice for them by manipulating the vote... Communism in action!
