Don't count your chickens before they hatch. It anin't over till it is over. I want to keep my FREEDOM, MY GUNS AND MY MONEY...you liberals can keep the Change.

I see no evidence George Fox is not doing all it can to make right where there has been a wrong--and to not seek to guide its own existence (and life of students) into a more just world.

If there was criminal activity then I expect the crime to be prosecuted. But a community has greater responsibility than meting out penalties for crimes. The institution seems to be working at the higher standard. They are dealing with young adults at a very formative stage of life and seeking to redeem where persons have both sinned and persons have been sinned against.

To those who see Christians as being hateful and hurtful I am very sorry we have not lived in a way so as express the compassion, mercies and justice of Jesus.

Hate and lying is a sin and a disgrace to the American society and the world at large.

Excuse me, did you say "Christian school"??

Someone's not studying hard enough, apparently.

This is a disheartening story, especially the school's tepid response.

No need to sugar coat for the sake of not liking Obama.Vandalism with racial conotations, and I'm sure a good lawyer could come up with more depending on the circumstances. Yes, the United States of America is STILL like this.

Take a straight look at whaty Obama really is- just a baloon whose alluring rubber skin is his character. Pop that personality, and what is left? nothing.

Many people need to research more, because they have no bloody idea about what Obama really is. The term "OBAMAnation" comes to mind..

WHY DO YOU CARE!? of 7:35PM October 02, 2008

This is downright despicable.

We want to treat them like kids when the do irresponsible acts but put them front and center to get their opinions and votes?

What the hell is wrong with this country?

Candidates - Love them or hate them, they are seeking the highest office and any possible threat to them should be investigated and disclosed. Remember Robert Kennedy anyone?

We have College "kids" gunning down innocent people and some people knew they were a "potential" threat months earlier.

I want to see their names plastered all over every news website.

How was the hanging done? By the neck, the toes, the...?I really like the title of a new book "The age of turbulence". Y:"El mal communicado se mejora".

In response to Bakar Osama of OK, of course there's a difference between hanging a cardboard cutout of Obama from a tree and dragging an effigy of McCain through the streets. While the latter extrapolates and characterizes McCain's position(s) relative to the war in Iraq to the point where there is clearly no room for reasonable response and discourse, the former recalls an image from our all-to-recent past strictly for it's hateful, incendiary message. It has nothing to do with Obama's positions, character, intellect, capabilities, etc., and only to do with his race. There is no way to view lynching and anyone who would employ an image of it as anything other than narrowminded, ignorant, harmful, counterproductive and, yes, blatantly racist. Only a true racist could fail to perceive a fundamental difference here.
