What if you have a gift card that you weren't able to use because your store was still selling them right before you announced the closings

The big problem with their marketing strategy really IS how cheap everything is. People come in and buy everything they need all at once, then never come back again or, if they do, only come back a year later when they've grown. There is no regular customer base so when they customers run out, so does the source of profit.

it a shame we have to let this happen, but if our job keep laying people off nwhere are we going to have money to shop we are losing our houses < so how can we buy clothes right now sorry to hear about the stores closing but you know what barry has too many stores open within a ten min drive , that why our country went down, money hungry people , the rich getting richer and the poor getting poor

I am a single mother and this store has allowed my children the luxury of nice clothing at an affordable price. I am not sure what i will do now. I am very disappointed by this news and I am sure other hardworking parents are also. I am also saddened to hear that even more people will be out of work soon do to the closing of this fairly new store that just opened about a year ago. The closing of this store is definitely a no win situation for all parties involved.

I think its just awful that such a GREAT store as Steve & Barry's had to file bankruptcy! This country we live in is suppose to be a free country, the richest country! when we have these types of stores to shop at, with the economy so poor, you people would think stores like Steve & Barry's would not HAVE TO GO THREW BANKRUPTCY ! BUT!!! its the PEOPLES choice ! NOT the OWNERS DECISION! The people of this United States are the decision makers who keeps business owners going. If the people decide not to shop at your store how can you make it??? YOU CANT !!!!!!!!!! Steve & Barry's is the store almost ALL people can afford to shop at, its cheaper the your local stores... Yes, those stores are great too, but, Steve & Barry's is Aw-SOME ! and that is one of my FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP. If they go out of business, that would really hurt a lot of people from my area, they are almost all low income with families and Steve & Barry's fits their budgets! COME ON PEOPLE,WAKE UP AND GIVE THIS STORE A CHANCE, GO SHOP AT Steve & Barry's TODAY ! NOW !
