The University of North Carolina is launching a "men's community" to address in part flagging graduation rates of men at UNC and other schools across the nation, the Daily Tar Heel reports. "One of the goals of [Men at Carolina] is to give men the opportunity to address issues of masculinity and to discuss what it means to be a man in society and at UNC, while forming friendships and honing leadership skills."

So are men really disenfranchised already? Discuss.
