The truth in lending laws along with standard consumer protections should be a intricule part of student loans. Student loans should not enjoy "special" treatment as other loans and unsecured debts don't.

I think that student loans should be declared unconstitutional as they are a tax on the poor and middle earners.

They were brought in by stealth privatisation, once again exploiting our basic needs for profit, just like health care.

Student loans should be replaced by a grant system. And, if you ask me where the money will come from? From the war that we stop!
