Alcohol Violations Down, Drugs Up at Northeastern

Meth is not the reason that there aren't as many drinking violations at Northeastern. It's illogical to presuppose without checking the facts that meth is an acceptable alternative to drinking, they're entirely different things. I go to Northeastern and meth is not a big problem, trust me.
