*The University of Minnesota is now offering an urban studies class based on the August 1 Minneapolis bridge collapse, the Minnesota Daily reports.

*Ohio University is suspending its anonymous whistleblower tip line, the Post reports. The shuttering occurred a day after the school was forced to hand over all records of the system to the Post, after the student newspaper filed an Ohio Open Records Act request. —Alison Go
