U. of Chicago Will Oust Barack Obama's Favorite Barber Shop; Barber Shop Says that's OK

The University of Chicago will push out a historic barbershop whose customer list includes Muhammad Ali and Senator Barack Obama--but this is not a case of gown-against-town gentrification, the shop's owners insist. They support planned improvements to the street, they told the Chicago Maroon. Obama did not comment, but wrote about the barbershop in Dreams of My Father and previously said he has been "coming in for a trim nearly once a week for the past 20 years," according to the Maroon.
