Students Not Satisfied With Candidates' College Cost Plans

Candidates' plans to lower the cost of college are "vague" and disappointing, say students at the University of Florida and Rutgers University in New Jersey. The Iraq war is certainly important to college students, both sets of students say, but so is the rising cost of college.
