To protest eviction from their student center office, members of the Koala, a satirical newspaper at the University of California-San Diego, have been staging a sit-in since Oct. 26. The group was evicted following charges of alcohol and drug possession, the UCSD Guardian reports. In addition to the sit-in, an alumnus of the group delivered a petition to the vice chancellor of student affairs last week. The alum walked over to the administrator's office to present the petition, which was written on his half-naked body.
