NYU Students Want Muslim Student Center

Muslim students at New York University are nowhere near meeting their goal of raising $6 million--and as a result, they're far away from having a Muslim student center, too, the Washington Square News reports. So far, the capital campaign for the Islamic center, which would house a permanent prayer space, has raised only $45,000.
