Snakes on a Grill Bring Penn State Wrestling Teammates to Court

A Penn State wrestler accused of killing his teammate's snake and then grilling it on a George Foreman grill may be off the hook, the Collegian reports. The snake's owner found his 2-foot, black-and-white, baby king snake dead the morning after a teammate spent the night. Yesterday, a judge dismissed charges of theft and criminal misconduct—but the assistant district attorney said he'd consider refiling charges.
