At Duke, Tough Restrictions Push One Frat to Opt Out...of Being a Frat

In response to tougher campus restrictions, one Duke fraternity has decided to stop being a fraternity altogether. Theta Chi will get a new name, new off-campus digs--and new freedom, its president told the Chronicle. "There aren't really many reasons for a fraternity to stay on campus anymore," he said.
