Popular Vote Not the Final Word at Penn State

The noncrazy runner-up for undergraduate association president has been sworn in, while the candidate who called students "stupid" and advocated "less rules" and more rule-breaking was disqualified, despite winning the most votes, the Collegian reports. But Jay Bundy wasn't dumped for saying things like "You voted for me, bitches. That was a bad idea," the election committee said. He was disqualified for spending more money than each candidate is allowed.
