At University of Maryland bar, new policy to fight crime: regulars only

A crime wave in College Park is not the fault of students or locals, says one bar. It's the outsiders who are causing trouble. That's why the Cornerstone pub will start a new door policy: only students and "regulars" welcome. How does the bar plan to spot outsiders? "If you don't have an ID and you look like you can cause trouble," the bar's owner told the Diamondback, "we won't let you in."
