The College Republican National Committee intern who organized "Catch an Illegal Immigrant Day" has been fired, but Michigan State University students will be able to chase after people dressed up as illegal immigrants anyway. The Young Americans for Freedom are organizing a copycat event--despite a letter from the university's president urging them to reconsider.

Meanwhile, Morgan Wilkins, the CRNC intern who came up with the idea in the first place, tells the Michigan Daily a teenage pregnancy and a cocaine addiction are what pushed her into politics.
