Columbia to Ahmadinejad: Not Exactly Disinvited, but Close

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had already said yes--but now Columbia has decided a visit Friday will not be possible after all, the Spectator reports. Apparently this has nothing to do with the Iranian leader's political firebomb-ness, and nothing to do with the fact that Columbia President Lee Bollinger didn't hear about the invitation until after it happened. Just some kind of "security" problem, that's all.
