After five Duquesne basketball players were shot early Sunday morning, the school went into mourning, and the Duquesne Duke went to work. Some exclusives: The Black Students Union had promoted the dance heavily because it wanted to build community with students from other nearby colleges and raise money for its own volunteer work--not because it wanted to create disorder, says the Duke.
