Google vs. Microsoft = UPenn

Soon, Google may really run the entire Internet. That is, if Microsoft doesn't beat it to it. The University of Pennsylvania has started a bidding war between the two tech titans for rights to run the school's webmail, the Daily Pennsylvanian reports. A win-win for Penn: Students get better technology, and the university pays nothing.
