can anyone help me..i am health science student.i need help. can you help me..i want to ask you if i am going to donate a pint of blood to a nephew who is to undergoes surgery shortly.What changes would occur in my cardiovascular system immediately after the blood donation ?wHAT regulatory mechanisms would occur over the next day or so?

I am in senior high school and a prospective international medical student. I am keen on matriculating to a good US medical school. I intend to take up my Undergraduate education in a reputed uS university in this regard. Please add to the dos and donts for me in this regard:-

Dos:-

1. Short list 15-16 Medical Schools that accept international students that i wish to apply to.

2. List out the course requirements for these 15-16 Medical Schools.

3. Take up these courses in undergraduate study.

4. Take up Research Works.

5. Engage in volunteering activities.

6.

Dont:-

1. Get distracted.

2. Let GPAs go down.
