I can't believe these would be considered problem areas for students applying to MBA programs - these "sins" sound as though they would apply to freshman applying for Bachelor's degrees. Spell checking, following simple directions, asking basic questions....sounds like basic learning done at the highschool level to me.Has me concerned about the applicant pool seeking and obtaining Master degrees.

The author commits his own "sin #5": "aide" is a noun meaning "assistant". "Aid" used as a verb means "assist".
