THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ALWAYS do HORRIBLY on standarized tests!!!
now this is going to make me relax a bit more!!!
so now I can take the test and choose the score I want to send!!
But are they doing the same thing to ACT??

Well. Mr. I took the test just once, you are a selfish bastard. Just because you are good at standardized tests does not make you any more valuable than the student who persevered to get their score. So stop saying the new policy is unfair.

For everyone in the class of 2009, stop complaining! While it is true that we rising juniors have it better than you did, EVERYBODY in the class of 2009 in the country, EVERYBODY that you are competing against for admission into college is in the exact same position. It's not like they're making the competition harder for you personally.
The only people who are justified to complain are the ones who can't afford to take the SAT multiple times.

The changes should not be retroactive. I took the test once in December 2008 and received a very good score. I will be applying for college in the coming months and it would not be fair if my first score were compared without distinction to the score of someone who took the test multiple times and selected their best one.

"New SAT Score-Reporting Policy
The College Board has approved an important change to the current SAT ... taken tests prior to the launch can use the score-reporting feature retroactively. ...
because if you actually check the college board website. it says that although it starts march 2009. students who have taken the test prior to the launch of this new policy will be able to take advantage of it too.
just go check the college board. if u dont believe me
