My name is J. W. Smith. I was an analyst in 2 different fields in the U.S. Army. I am also curious to know why you would sit on such a HUGE quantity of water and not use it to create fields of food.

If you look at a map of the water reserves under the African continent you will note that an ENORMOUS amount of water is located at the intersection point of your countries.

You have VAST amounts of silicon to create Green houses. Why not work with one another and create the largest Green houses on the planet. Use the Solar energy which could be captured on the roofs of the Green houses, and wind powered generators to power the pumps for the extraction of water.

You have the resources and the people capable of doing this. Be creative. Move toward the future for you and your children.
