Even if the rooms/board is free the educational standards appear to be lacking. Maybe they could put the proceeds of room/board to boost tuition.

I don't know how it prices out, but WWC doesn't charge room and board, instead you work 15 hours a week on campus for your room and board. That seems pretty cheap to me.
